Grease trap pumping
Grease trap maintenance is a must for all restaurants. Most grease traps are located underground and range in size from 500 to 2,000 gallons. In-kitchen grease traps are usually smaller and located inside, underneath a sink or in the floor. Pumping frequency should be based on the amount of business your restaurant receives and the size of the trap.
